Rondo Twist and Place

Twist & place is a machine designed exclusively for the production of twisted pastries. It uses a completely new principle which allows the manufacture of twisted products without side scrap. Once twisted, the dough strings are panned automatically onto trays, they are then cut to length on a separate module.
