REMOVABLE BOWL SPIRAL MIXER Heavy duty painted steel structure. Hydraulic lifting device with machine head lifting pistons and trolley release. The machine head is equipped with a special hydraulic lifting device which, during the mixing phase, permits to avoid the stress transmitted by the mixing tool. Spiral rotation through belts driven by a powerful motor. Motion transmission of the bowl by an independent motor, high performance belts and worm screw gear in oil bath. Two speeds rotation spiral with mixing time to set by double timer (one for each speed). The change from low to high mixing speed and the stopping of the machine occurs automatically. Automatic trolley hooking with new self-centering system. Lifting / lowering controls on trolley
